Hi guys, Chef JB here! Today I am sharing Polish Cabbage Rolls (Gołąbki)! This traditional dish is made with tender cabbage leaves wrapped around a juicy pork and rice filling, then gently semi-poached and finished in a lovely light tomato sauce. Proper hearty and homey Polish comfort food!
